Raven Rise offers professional development and career coaching services, including but not limited to: interview preparation, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, salary negotiation, executive coaching, and job search strategy. All content provided is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of future employment or success.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Raven Rise services, you agree:

1. To provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain and promptly update your data.
2. To maintain the security of any login credentials including passwords and to be fully responsible for all use of your account.
3. Not to use the website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.
4. To respect the intellectual property rights of Raven Rise and not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content without express written permission.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

All service fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase or booking. Payments must be made in advance of service delivery. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations: Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less notice may be charged in full.
• Refunds for Services: Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of our document services (resumes, LinkedIn), no refunds are offered once work has begun. For coaching, refunds may be granted for unused sessions upon written request, subject to an administrative fee.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Raven Rise or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Raven Rise grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of Raven Rise.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within San Francisco, California.
